vAssistant Services was founded in 2002 by Suzanne Bird-Harris after having spent 20 years as a computer programmer in Corporate America, specializing in teaching and training others in the use of the programs her department created. She “translated” computer-speak to users and bridged the gap between their understanding of their jobs and how to use the systems. She is definitely not your stereotypical “computer geek” and finds great satisfaction in helping others to make sense of things they don’t understand.

Suzanne is a woman of many talents including web design, graphics design, technical writing, marketing and most things “computer”. With over 20 years experience in the industry, she can easily provide the professional quality work you require to represent yourself and your business.
